This project proposes an affordable, family-oriented and intergenerational housing to minimize displacement for the long time residents of Somerville, MA. A variety of communal spaces will be accessible to Somerville residents, entrepreneurs, and artisans, including a community kitchen, childcare center, and newly installed playground integrated into a long thriving community garden. The project has won second place in CHAPA Affordable Housing Development Competition.
